Supplies: pine cones
string
peanut butter-watered down a bit
bird seed
Tie string (I used thread) around the pine cone

Eat lots of the peanut butter

Get sad because mommy says we have to give some to the birds. Otherwise she would have eaten the whole bowl full. Silly girl.

Cover the pinecone in peanut butter. The girls used spoons to do this.
Roll it in birdseed.
Hang it in a tree

We hung 3 of them in different trees around our yard. But you could easily do this in an apt. complex too. The bird seed got gobbled up quick.
